Now in its eighth year, Giving Tuesday is a global day of giving fueled by the power of social media and collaboration.
Celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving (in the U.S.), GivingTuesday serves as a refreshing antidote to Black Friday (and Cyber Monday).
It also heralds the start of charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving.
That’s nice, but being charitable shouldn’t be a once a year thing. Let’s do something nice today. And tomorrow. And the day after.
Make a Difference Today
Advocates of the Giving Tuesday movement make this world a better place. From the visionaries running non-profits to regular folks performing good deeds. They’re our everyday heroes.
They need all the help they can get to keep doing what they do. If you have the means to support them, please do. It’ll make you happy, pinky swear.
