Mostly Mindful is a not-so-hardcore blog about buying less, doing more and living sustainably in the city. In short, we make minimalism more-ish.
More-ish is Sporty’s creation. It means we make minimalism fun and attainable.
Along with helping our readers declutter their life to be happier and have more time and money, we also share things we feel will benefit them, such as books, movies, articles, food, podcasts, services, you name it.

What started as a place to expand on the ideas Ang shared in her TEDx Cape Town talk, has steadily grown into a popular blog with an international audience (that consists of more than just Sporty’s mom down under).
